Most came here as children and have no memory of any other home. According to<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.americamagazine.org\/politics-society\/2020\/06\/18\/supreme-court-trump-daca-dreamers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">America<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Chief Justice John Roberts, joined by his four liberal colleagues, wrote for the court that the administration did not pursue the end of the program properly.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Roberts wrote, &#8220;We do not decide whether DACA or its rescission are sound policies. We address only whether the agency complied with the procedural requirement that it provide a reasoned explanation for its action.
